Digital Products
Due to the nature and delivery of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on any digital plan purchases.

Physical Products

For physical products, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Limitation of Liability
Our digital plans are provided as-is and are intended for guidance in your projects. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our plans, we cannot guarantee they will be free of errors.

By purchasing and using our digital plans, you agree that our liability, if any, is limited solely to the cost of the plan purchased.
And as such, we can not be held responsible for any incidental, consequential, or additional costs incurred, such as extra lumber, materials, or labor, resulting from inaccuracies in the plan.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the price of the product minus cost of shipping.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, reach out to us via the contact page for shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
